The Partnership
ABChorizon is an authorized commercial and implementation partner of İTC International Teknolojik Cihazlar ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi.
Under this partnership, ABChorizon introduces, onboards and supports eligible business customers, while ITC develops, hosts, maintains and technically operates the ITC-CRM software platform.
ITC-CRM Business Communications Platform
ITC-CRM is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships and authorized messaging channels from one workspace.

How Meta Platform Data Is Used
ITC-CRM processes Meta Platform Data only after a business customer authorizes access.
The data is used only to onboard the customer's WhatsApp Business Account, display customer-initiated messages, send authorized replies and templates, manage contacts and conversations, and show message delivery status.
- Each customer keeps ownership and control of its Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp assets.
- Access is limited to permissions explicitly granted by the customer.
- Customer data is logically separated by tenant, and sensitive credentials are protected.
- Platform Data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising or profiling.
- Customers can revoke access and request deletion at any time.
Customer Ownership and Control
ITC-CRM does not take ownership of customer Business Portfolios. Customers connect their own assets through Meta's official authorization flow, choose the permissions they grant and may revoke access at any time.
Data Protection and Security
ITC-CRM uses tenant-level data separation, role-based access controls and protected credential storage. Access to customer information is limited to authorized users and the technical processing required to provide the requested service.
Personal and business information is retained only for the period necessary to provide the service or satisfy applicable legal requirements.
