ATTENDANCE AND STUDY SECTION:

HOW DO I ATTEND THE LECTURES?

Lectures can be attended either in person at the main academy campus or through the MS Teams application.

HOW WILL I KNOW THE SCHEDULE OF THE LECTURES?

At the beginning of each semester, one or two days before the start, an email is sent to your academic email containing the lecture schedule in PDF format.

I LOGGED INTO MY MS TEAMS ACCOUNT, BUT I DID NOT FIND THE ADDED COURSES?

Students are added to courses based on their enrollment request. If you filled out the enrollment form correctly and still weren't added, feel free to contact the Student Affairs Department via WhatsApp or call them at the following number: 00905337033264.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ATTENDANCE SCHEDULE FOR THE COURSES IN MY ACADEMIC EMAIL?

Through MS Teams, there is a chat feature where you can communicate with all instructors.

STUDENT AFFAIRS SECTION:

AM I AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED FOR COURSES AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SEMESTER?

No, you must fill out the enrollment form that is sent two weeks before the start of the new semester. You must choose the option "Yes, I want to enroll for the upcoming semester" to be added to the courses. If you choose "No, I want to temporarily stop enrollment for the next semester," you will not be added to the courses.

I CHOSE IN THE ENROLLMENT FORM THAT I WANT TO ENROLL, BUT AFTER THAT, I HAD EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT PREVENTED ME FROM ENROLLING, AND I WANT TO STOP REGISTRATION FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Requests to freeze your enrollment for the semester are accepted through the Student Affairs Department during the first week of the semester. After this period, you will not be able to stop temporary enrollment.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN MY MS TEAMS ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can obtain your academic email through the welcome message that you receive on your registered email and also via WhatsApp. It is in the following format: A??3B3??C@abchorizon.com .

WHAT IS THE ACADEMIC EMAIL?

It is the account sent to you in the welcome message, which is in the format A???B???C@abchorizon.com and can be accessed through the MS Outlook application.

In the welcome message sent to your email, there is an attached file called "Student Guide," which contains detailed instructions on how to use MS Teams.

ASSESSMENT AND GRADES SECTION:

I SUBMITTED THE COURSE PROJECT VIA MS TEAMS, BUT I DON'T KNOW MY GRADE?

Correction reports are sent immediately after they are issued by the instructors to your academic email in MS Outlook.

I RECEIVED THE CORRECTION REPORT AND FOUND THAT I DIDN'T PASS THE COURSE AND GOT A REDO GRADE. HOW CAN I RESUBMIT THE COURSE?

Students who did not pass the course on the first submission did not meet the success criteria and are granted 10 days to two weeks to resubmit the course through the instructor reopening the submission on MS Teams.

I RESUBMITTED AND RECEIVED THE CORRECTION REPORT, AND IT SHOWS THAT I DIDN'T PASS THE COURSE AGAIN AND GOT AN UNCLASSIFIED GRADE. HOW CAN I PASS THE COURSE?

According to the Student Guide shared with you in the welcome message at the start of your registration with us, students who do not pass the course on the first submission and after resubmitting must repay the full course fee and re-attend it with a new cohort. If you do not submit on the first attempt, your grade will be Unclassified.

I DIDN'T PASS THE COURSE DUE TO COMPELLING CIRCUMSTANCES AND CAN PROVE THAT I WENT THROUGH SITUATIONS THAT PREVENTED ME FROM PASSING. CAN I BE EXEMPTED FROM PAYING THE FULL COURSE RETAKE FEE?

We have enabled the possibility of late resubmission for exceptional cases through paying the resubmission fee and submitting the project via email to the Student Affairs Department's email: student.affairs@abchorizon.com.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A LATE RESUBMISSION REQUEST?

This is done by filling out the following form: https://forms.office.com/r/VGhmGuxdLm. After that, the student must contact the Student Affairs Department via WhatsApp or call the number 00905337033264 to obtain a reference number to write in the email subject containing the new solution they will send to the Student Affairs Department's email: student.affairs@abchorizon.com.
